At SmileClay, we carefully prepare and pack every order before shipping. Our products include small craft supplies, clay cake kits, tools, and accessories, so we do our best to make sure everything arrives safely.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take a little longer. If there is any unusual delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will check whether we can ship to your area.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on your country, local postal service, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Some remote areas may take longer to deliver.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when available.

Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after shipment.

If the tracking has not updated for several days, it may still be in transit between shipping facilities. You can contact us if you need help checking the order status.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees charged by your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. They are the customer’s responsibility.

SmileClay is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges required by local authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information.

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that we cannot control delays caused by customs, local delivery services, incorrect addresses, or missed delivery attempts.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the situation and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution if applicable.
