We want you to feel happy and confident when ordering from SmileClay. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
It is okay to open the box to check the contents — we just ask that the materials and tools have not been shaped, assembled, or modified.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened clay kits where materials have been used
- Used tools or accessories
- Items that have been started, assembled, shaped, painted, or modified
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper use or storage
- Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked
Our clay cake kits are non-edible craft products made for decoration and DIY crafting only.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After we review your request, we will provide return instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send products back before receiving instructions from us.
Return Shipping
For returns caused by our mistake — wrong item, missing items, or confirmed product defect — we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
For returns caused by personal reasons — changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer needing the product — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos or videos so we can review the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- Store credit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel it. If it has already shipped, you may request a return under our 30-day policy.
Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
